NFTs do not appear
- Confirm the public address is a valid Ethereum or Solana address and that the correct chain is selected.
- Confirm the NFT has public metadata with a reachable image. Assets with missing, unsupported, or unavailable images may not appear.
- Try the address again after a short wait. Blockchain data providers and image hosts can be temporarily unavailable.
Never send a seed phrase, private key, or wallet signature to anyone claiming to provide NFTwidge support. We will never ask for them.
A widget is blank or out of date
- Open NFTwidge and frame the NFT again.
- Make sure the NFT image finishes loading in the app before returning to the Home Screen.
- If needed, remove the widget and add the NFTwidge widget again from the iOS widget gallery.
- Restart the iPhone if iOS continues to show an old widget snapshot.
Widget refresh timing is managed by iOS. NFTwidge requests updates when the framed artwork changes, but the system decides exactly when a widget redraws.
Dynamic Island display session
NFTwidge uses a Live Activity for the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen. A session begins only when you start it in the app and remains active for no more than eight hours.
- Use a device and iOS version that support Live Activities.
- Confirm Live Activities are allowed for NFTwidge in iOS Settings.
- Frame an NFT in the app before starting the display session.
- If the session does not appear, end any old NFTwidge session and start a new one.
Remove local data
NFTwidge stores saved public addresses, framed-artwork caches, widget data, and local discovery results on your device. Use the local-data controls in NFTwidge settings to clear them. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data according to iOS behavior.
NFTwidge cannot remove public records from Ethereum, Solana, or another independent blockchain.
Report an issue
Include the NFTwidge app version, iPhone model, iOS version, selected chain, and what happened. A screenshot is useful when it does not expose information you prefer to keep private.
You may include the public wallet address involved in discovery. Do not include a seed phrase, private key, authentication code, or wallet signature.
